This is the laboratory’s statement of practice for the FalconOne console. It is not an export classification, a licence, or a determination that any particular item is or is not controlled.

Where the International Traffic in Arms Regulations apply to a transfer, technical data controlled under those regulations is not published on this website and is not offered for download. A public page, a recorded spectrum, or an analytical antenna seed is not a release of defence technical data.

Dual-use and munitions controls under the Wassenaar Arrangement are applied through the national law of each state involved, including the law of the Republic of South Africa where the laboratory supplies from South Africa. The console does not ship controlled software, design files, or measurement sets as a public download.

SS7, interception, and related signalling or collection functions are not published on this website. Those matters are disclosed only to entities approved by the relevant government authorities, and only after that approval is established.

Law enforcement agencies and fully authorised private security companies may be engaged separately. Authorisation is confirmed before any fitting, integration, or procedure is scoped.
